Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Quarterback! This guide will help you get set up and start monitoring your investor relations in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account​

  1. Navigate to app.qback.au
  2. Click Sign In and enter your credentials
  3. If you don't have an account, click Sign Up to create one

Step 2: Set Up Your Company Profile​

After logging in, you'll need to configure your company settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left
  2. Select Company Settings
  3. Fill in your company details:
    • Company Name - Your ASX-listed company name
    • ASX Symbol - Your stock ticker (e.g., 4DX)
    • About - A brief description of your company

Step 3: Connect Your Social Accounts​

To monitor social media activity:

  1. Go to Company Settings → Social Accounts
  2. Add search queries for each platform:
    • Twitter/X - Your company handle and relevant hashtags
    • LinkedIn - Company page name
    • Reddit - Relevant subreddits and keywords
    • News - Company name variations for news monitoring

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard​

Once configured, your dashboard will show:

  • Recent Activities - Latest social media mentions and articles
  • Announcements - Your ASX announcements with market impact analysis
  • Sentiment Trends - How market sentiment is tracking over time
  • Key Metrics - Activity counts, engagement, and reach

Step 5: Set Up Alerts​

Stay informed with automated alerts:

  1. Navigate to Alerts → Rules
  2. Click + New Alert
  3. Choose from:
    • Sentiment Alert - Get notified when sentiment changes significantly
    • Activity Alert - Alert on new mentions or articles
    • Price Alert - Monitor stock price movements
    • Daily/Weekly Recap - Scheduled summary emails
