Company Profile

Set up your company's profile in Quarterback to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.

Accessing Company Settings​

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left
  2. Select Company Settings
  3. You'll see the General tab by default

Basic Information​

Company Name​

Your official company name as it appears on the ASX.

ASX Symbol​

Your stock ticker (e.g., 4DX, CLI, BHP).

Exchange​

The exchange where your company is listed (typically ASX).

About​

A brief description of your company. This appears in reports and helps contextualize AI insights.

Saving Changes​

  1. Make your changes
  2. Click Save at the bottom of the form
  3. Changes take effect immediately

Multiple Companies​

If you manage multiple companies:

  1. Use the company selector dropdown in the sidebar
  2. Switch between companies
  3. Each company has separate settings
